How do I earn Sweet Points?

• Create an account: 15 points.
• Subscribe to our emails: 35 points.
• Add your birthday: 30 points.
• Daily check-in: 1 point per day.
• Birthday reward: 40 points.
• Shop: 1 point for every $1 of eligible spending. Purchase points are awarded after fulfillment, not immediately at checkout.

Registration, email signup and birthday entry can earn a total of 80 points. These are separate actions—not an automatic first-order bonus. Purchase points are additional.

What are my points worth?

10 Sweet Points = $1 in reward value. Points are for eligible rewards, not cash. Your available balance and rewards appear in the Sweet Rewards panel.

How do I redeem points?

• 50 points: a $5 off coupon.
• 100 points: a $10 off coupon.
• Pay with points: 10 points = $1, with a minimum 10-point threshold and a maximum of 100 points ($10) per order. Automatic points deduction is enabled for eligible purchases.

A $20 minimum purchase applies to these redemption options. Check eligibility at checkout before placing your order. Redeem up to $10 per order. Rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes or automatic discounts, including the 15% referral offer. Reward coupons are for the customer who redeemed them.

What is Sweet Member?

Reach $200 in cumulative spending to qualify for Sweet Member and its 100-point bonus. You do not need to reach this tier before earning the regular signup or purchase points.

How does Share the Crunch work?

Share your personal referral link from your member rewards panel. A new friend who registers through that link receives a 15% off coupon with no minimum purchase. It cannot stack with other discounts. The standard 12% email-signup discount and the 15% referral discount cannot be used together.

You earn 100 Sweet Points after your friend's qualifying order ships. The referrer reward has a $50 minimum order requirement. The $50 requirement is for your referral reward, not your friend's 15% coupon. Friends can also earn the normal action-based signup bonuses listed above.

Do points expire?

Sweet Points and the currently offered reward coupons are set not to expire.

What if I cancel, return an order or have missing points?

Order returns and cancellations follow our refund policy. If a reward or points balance needs review after an order change, contact G-BOX with your account email and order number. Do not assume that cancelling a purchase automatically cancels an already-issued reward coupon.
